Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. VANTA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Stolen Packages
VANTA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
